Fenel Samuels (8/2/1825 - 14/4/1901) was ASO's Ers Orator from 1889 to 1901. He was born in Eptapolis and studied engineering in Satemberg. He also obtained a PhD in philosophy and worked as a professor in various Universities. He became an ASO Orator in 1880 and was elected Ers Orator in 1889 after Escel Voris stepped down. He secretly manipulated William Ewart Gladstone, Great Britain's ex-prime minister and Queen Victoria's chief advisor for the Dominion for her favor in Sheldon's social reforms. He was also behind the 1892 referendum that abolished the bi-cameral parliament, thus strengthening Sheldon's government. His death was tragic and unexpected. In response to his declining eyesight, Samuels committed suicide in 1901, leaving his estate to the nation.
